Every on-site Disney hotel reviewed — prices, atmosphere, location and what families actually think.
Choosing where to stay at Disneyland Paris is one of the most important decisions for your trip. Stay on-site and you get early park entry, the magic of immersive theming, and — crucially — the shortest possible commute to the park entrance. This guide covers every Disney hotel, from the ultra-luxurious Disneyland Hotel to the budget-friendly Hotel Santa Fe, so you can choose the right fit for your family and budget.
Before diving into individual hotels, it's worth understanding the advantages that on-site Disney hotels share:
Reopened in 2024 after a full renovation, the Disneyland Hotel is now the most luxurious accommodation at the resort. It sits literally above the park entrance — a castle-like Victorian structure that dominates the skyline. Rooms are styled around the "Origins" theme, celebrating the history of Disney, and the attention to detail is extraordinary. Suites start from around €700/night and some offer a direct view of the Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Best for: Honeymoons, special birthdays, families wanting the ultimate Disney experience. The castle-view suites are genuinely breathtaking.
Themed around a stylised Manhattan, this hotel underwent a complete overhaul and reopened as Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel. It's a tribute to Marvel's artistic universe, with original superhero artwork throughout. The Rooftop Bar is one of the coolest spots in the resort for adults. Located near Disney Village, it's a 10–15 minute walk to the parks.
Best for: Marvel fans (all ages), couples, and anyone who wants a design-hotel feel with Disney magic. Children love meeting Marvel characters at breakfast.
The largest hotel at the resort, Newport Bay Club is inspired by a New England yacht club. It has a huge pool area, multiple restaurants, and a relaxed nautical atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and well-suited to families. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the park entrance, or a short bus ride.
Best for: Families who want a large pool, spacious rooms, and value for money at the 4-star level. The Club level rooms include a private lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks.
Sequoia Lodge channels the atmosphere of a North American mountain lodge — think exposed wood beams, open fireplaces, and a cosy forest feel. It's particularly popular in autumn and winter when the festive Disney decorations make it feel like a fairytale. The heated indoor pool is a family favourite.
Best for: Families who want a warm, cosy atmosphere. Excellent value for 4-star. The Golden Forest Club rooms include great breakfast and evening cocktail access.
One of the most characterful budget options in the resort, Hotel Cheyenne is styled as a Wild West frontier town. Children absolutely love running between the "buildings" (which are actually connected rooms), and Woody from Toy Story is a regular character guest. Rooms are compact but functional. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk to the parks or 10 minutes by bus.
Best for: Families on a budget who still want immersive Disney theming. Kids aged 4–12 are usually obsessed with the cowboy atmosphere.
The most affordable Disney hotel, Hotel Santa Fe is themed around the American Southwest and Disney Pixar's Cars — with a giant retro drive-in movie aesthetic. Rooms are small but clean and surprisingly well-themed. It's the farthest from the parks (about 20–25 minutes on foot), but the free Disney bus runs regularly.
Best for: Budget-conscious families and Pixar Cars fans. Lightning McQueen and friends appear on the walls, and children love the character trail around the hotel grounds.

Beyond the official Disney hotels, there are several partner hotels nearby — Explorers Hotel, Dream Castle Hotel, Adagio, and others. These are generally cheaper, but do not include Extra Magic Time (early park entry). For families making the most of their trip, losing that 1 hour of uncrowded park time can be significant. If budget is the main constraint, partner hotels are fine — just factor in the bus journey.
If we had to pick one hotel for most families visiting Disneyland Paris in 2026, we'd choose Sequoia Lodge. It offers excellent value, a magical atmosphere (especially in winter), a great indoor pool, and it's positioned perfectly. Upgrade to the Golden Forest Club if possible — the private lounge and breakfast inclusion is worth it.
✦ Pro tip: Whatever hotel you choose, book your private airport transfer separately — arriving at Disneyland Paris in a comfortable, door-to-door shuttle means your family's Disney magic starts the moment you land, without the stress of trains, luggage and navigation.
Once you've booked your hotel, the next question is how to get there. All Disney hotels are accessible from Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY), and Beauvais (BVA) airports. The most comfortable and family-friendly option is a private transfer:
