Frequently Asked Booking Questions
How far in advance should I book my transfer?
–We recommend booking at least 48 hours before your journey. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to driver availability — in that case, call us directly or send a WhatsApp for the fastest response.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
+We monitor your flight number in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver automatically adjusts their arrival time — you are never charged extra for flight delays.
Where exactly does my driver meet me at the airport?
+Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a sign with your name. Full meeting point details are sent with your confirmation email.
Can I book a round trip?
+Yes — select "Round Trip" at the top of the booking form. Round trips are priced at double the one-way rate.
Is the price on the form the final price?
+The price shown is all-inclusive: taxes, luggage, waiting time, tolls and child seats are included, day or night. A €5 card processing fee applies only if you pay by card.
We are a group of 10+ people. Can you accommodate us?
+Absolutely. For groups of 9 or more, we offer multiple van solutions or a Mercedes Sprinter minibus. Select "9+ Passengers" in the form and we'll contact you within 30 minutes with a tailored price.
What is your cancellation policy?
+Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Since no advance payment is taken, there is nothing to refund — your booking is simply cancelled.
