One of the most common mistakes when booking a transfer to Disneyland Paris isn't the price or the timing — it's underestimating how much space a family actually needs. Between suitcases, pushchairs, and excited kids who somehow always bring one more bag than planned, choosing the wrong vehicle size is the easiest way to start a holiday cramped and stressed.

Here's a clear, honest breakdown of every vehicle we offer, who it suits, and how to avoid the single biggest booking mistake families make.

Comfort Sedan — Up to 3 Passengers

Our Sedan (Mercedes Classe E or equivalent) is the most economical option, perfect for couples, solo travellers, or families of 3 travelling light. It comfortably takes 2–3 large suitcases in the boot alongside 3 passengers.

• Best for: 1–3 passengers with standard luggage
• Avoid if: You have a pushchair AND 3 large suitcases — it will be tight

Economy Van — Up to 8 Passengers

Our Economy Van is the workhorse of family travel — spacious enough for larger families or two families travelling together (which is exactly why it's also the vehicle used for our Family Match shared-cost transfers). It fits up to 8 passengers with generous luggage space, comfortably handling one large suitcase per passenger plus hand luggage.

• Best for: Families of 4–8, or 2 smaller families sharing a transfer
• Avoid if: You have significantly more luggage than passengers (e.g. 4 passengers with 8 large suitcases) — mention this when booking so we can check

Van Premium — Up to 7 Passengers

The same generous space as our Economy Van, in a higher trim level (Mercedes Classe V or equivalent) — a popular choice for families who want a bit more comfort for a special occasion, or for groups of business colleagues attending a conference at Disneyland Paris.

• Best for: Families or groups of up to 7 who want extra comfort

Minibus — 9 to 20 Passengers

For larger groups — school trips, sports teams, multi-generational family reunions, or corporate events — our Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter) accommodates 9 to 20 passengers. Because group sizes and luggage needs vary so much at this scale, minibus transfers are quoted individually rather than at a fixed online price.

What If My Group Is Split Across Flights?

It happens more often than you'd think — one part of the family flies in a few hours before the other. In that case, we simply book two separate transfers timed to each flight, so nobody waits around the airport longer than necessary. Just mention it in the booking notes and we'll coordinate both pick-ups.
